Semper Fi Bullies is a small kennel located in Southern
Oregon. We promise to always have the best of intentions for the
American Bulldog, and we base every decision on ethics. We promise
to always be faithful to the American Bulldog, and we strive to
improve the breed with each breeding.
Many kennels strive to produce a certain look, or to be
faithful to one particular pedigree line. We have not strived for
one desired look, but to preserve the health of the American
Bulldog. Semper Fi Bullies strives to educate ourselves and others
of all medical conditions that affect the breed.
Rick and I purchased our first AB, Bronson, in 2005. We
read and researched the American Bulldog before purchasing him, but
everyone’s experience with the American Bulldog isn’t always the
same. Bronson died un-expectantly 10 days before his first birthday,
from which was later diagnosed, as a heart defect. No material was
available on the internet to inform us of abnormalities in American
Bulldogs. We soon after purchased Raiden and his timing was God
sent, since Rick and I were hurting from the devastation of losing
Bronson. We will be the first to tell you we don’t have all the
answers, but we will strive to learn. Our dogs are our children, and
we would never do anything to jeopardize them. That is why Rick’s
background of the Marine Corps came into mind when establishing a
name for ourselves.
